Dianne Downey

Dianne Downey is a Vice President and Senior Associate with Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson.  She has been with the company for fifteen years and has focused solely on the healthcare industry for the past thirteen years.  Ms. Downey has worked on numerous senior executive healthcare searches including President and Chief Executive Officer searches, Chief Operating Officer searches, Chief Human Resources Officer searches, and Chief Nurse Executive searches.  Clients she has represented include Ascension Health, Catholic Healthcare West, Eastern Maine Health System, Temple University Health System, Crozer-Keystone Health System, Via Christi Health System, SSM Health Care, and Bon Secours Health System.  She has had extensive experience in developing and executing search strategies, sourcing and screening potential candidates, and facilitating the search process.

Ms. Downey joined Diversified in 1993, bringing over 10 years of recruiting experience to Diversified Search.   She began her recruiting career at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and then gained experience in the information technology industry as a recruiter for EDP Contract Services.  Prior to Diversified, she worked in human resources for Systems and Computer Technology Corporation (SCT).

 Ms. Downey holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
