Jim Langston

Jim Langston is a Managing Director with Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson in Philadelphia.

With over 25 years of business experience, he was previously a partner with  Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry International.

After beginning his career in Public Accounting, Jim spent eight years with Prudential financial in audit, finance and treasury operations, later founding a partnership succession and estate plans for business owners and high net worth individuals and families. He began his search career in 1995 with an international boutique search firm and was instrumental in launching retained pharmaceutical and life sciences practices. His business has since centered  around  Fortune 1000 clients, working at the Director, VP and C-suite levels.  Jim also works with early stage and venture backed organizations on a global basis to identify and recruit world class management talent.   He has been retained by such premier clients as Hercules, Rohm and Haas, Pepsi Bottling Group, Gartner Group, Exide Technologies, DuPont and CIGNA, among others.

A graduate of Drexel University with degrees in Finance and Accounting and he is also a past Certified Public Accountant.
