Judy Boreham

Judy Boreham is a Managing Director of Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson in Philadelphia where she serves as a senior member of the Life Sciences practice with additional responsibilities in the Financial Services and Human Resources practices. Working on assignments ranging from multi-billion dollar, global organizations to emerging companies, Ms. Boreham capitalizes on her previous healthcare industry experience to complete searches at the senior and mid-management level. With a focus on corporate staffing functions, divisional management and clinical development, Ms. Boreham has expertise in finance, operations, marketing, human resources and the research and development areas within her client base.

Before joining The Diversified Search Companies, Ms. Boreham spent 11 years in healthcare management in the United Kingdom before moving into a marketing position in the largest and fastest growing division of Baxter Healthcare, where she was responsible for marketing a range of product lines which gained worldwide recognition. This was followed by a number of years within the critical care division of Johnson & Johnson where she served as a Board Member and Business Manager. Her final role in the United Kingdom, before moving to Philadelphia in 1995, was for a search firm in central London serving the consumer market working with a portfolio of blue chip international clients such as SmithKline Beecham, Wella, Guinness, McKinsey, Kraft and Duracell.

Recently, Ms. Boreham has been active in the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters, serving on the Board and its Executive Committee. In addition, she serves on the Board and the Executive Committee of the Visiting Nurse Association of Philadelphia. Ms. Boreham graduated in Marketing and earned her MBA from Henley Management College in the United Kingdom.
