Ronald L. Stemphoski

Ronald L. Stemphoski is a Managing Director with Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson, responsible for conducting executive and physician searches for health care systems, hospitals and other health care providers. In this role, he also provides clients with organizational structure and compensation consulting. Prior to joining Diversified Search, Mr. Stemphoski was Vice President for Human Resources at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, New York. He was responsible for directing labor relations, employee counseling, benefits administration, employment, compensation, real estate, and other duties. He also participated in hospital budgeting, physician joint venturing, strategic planning, policy development, and executive management. He also served on a variety of regional and national Ascension Health System Committees during this period. Mr. Stemphoski's experience also includes fourteen years of human resources in industry plus he was a faculty member at the University at Binghamton teaching various management and human resources courses. Mr. Stemphoski received his Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Southern Illinois University, has completed graduate work at the University of California at Berkeley in Labor Relations, and is a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter.
